Glass lamination done by using two or more layers of glass sheets. A PVB film is used as underlayer to bond glass sheets together. This process of bonding uses a mixture of heat and pressure. This technique creates an inseparable bonding between these layers and create a stronger glass as end result.
The lamination process comprises the following steps. Cutting and grinding, Washing, Drying, Lamination, Edge sealing.
The whole process of making laminated glass require proper tools and expert observation. If any of the steps mentioned above are not performed properly, it can affect the quality of the laminated glass largely.
